Step 1: Download Registration Form

Step 2: Print and Complete
Print a registration form for each participating child and fill it out completely. Make sure you accurately indicate whether your child will participate in the flag football league, contact football league, or cheerleading.
Step 3: Calculate Registration Fees
Deadline has passed for 2008 Registration. However, you may continue to mail in your registration form until July 4th. Any signup submitted between April 27th and July 4th will need to include a $20 late fee in addition to the normal fees (listed below).

NOTE: If you are registering more than one child, you may subtract $5 for each additional child.
